A Thoughtful, Holistic Approach to Mental Health

We incorporate holistic and integrative strategies that support overall well-being. Lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, nutrition, and daily routines can all influence mental health. Addressing these areas alongside medical care helps build a more stable foundation for long-term improvement.
Our whole-person framework recognizes that mental health is not one-dimensional and that meaningful progress often comes from addressing both biological and environmental factors.

Specialties & Services

Service
We Provide

Orange Grove Mental Health supports individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health concerns. Many patients seek care with us for anxiety disorders, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty coping with life transitions. Others reach out after feeling unheard or rushed regarding mental health matters in traditional healthcare settings and want a more attentive, collaborative experience.

Medication Management and Ongoing Support

Medication management is a core service offered at a psychiatric clinic. When appropriate, medication can help regulate mood, reduce intrusive thoughts, improve concentration, and support emotional stability. At Orange Grove Mental Health, medication decisions are made carefully, with close attention to effectiveness, side effects, and patient comfort.
Ongoing follow-up appointments allow for adjustments as needed and ensure that treatment continues to align with how you are feeling over time. Open communication and collaboration are encouraged so patients feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

We provide online psychiatry for adults throughout Florida

Do you offer in-person session?

We do not currently offer in-person sessions. Most of our patients love online visits — and we do too! Telehealth works just as well as in-person care, and you can attend your session from the comfort of your own home.

Do you accept insurance?

We are currently in-network with Cigna and select United Healthcare plans. Superbills are available upon request for patients with other insurance plans who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement. We also accept self-pay clients.

  • Good Faith Estimate:
  • Clients who do not use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected treatment costs. You can request this estimate before scheduling, or anytime during your care.

What are your fees?

  • Initial assessment: 1 hour, $280
  • During our first appointment together, we will review your medical and psychiatric histories. We will discuss your current concerns and collaboratively create a comprehensive treatment plan. Please complete forms 48 hours before your first visit to avoid any delays or rescheduling. During your session, make sure you’re in a quiet and private location.
  • Follow up visit: 30 minutes, $150
  • We will meet and discuss any current concerns, updates and potential changes to your treatment plan.

Do you prescribe controlled substances?

  • We do not prescribe controlled substances, including stimulants, benzodiazepines, or sedative medications. This policy is based on Florida regulations and telehealth safety standards. We are happy to offer diagnostic evaluations, non-controlled treatment options, and referrals when appropriate.

What if I need to cancel?

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the $100 no-show fee. If an emergency or other extenuating circumstance arises, please reach out.
